Our app stores the following data locally on your device to help you manage your communications inventory:
Device identifiers and names: Each slot (1–30) can be given a custom name.
Device type (IFB models): You may assign a model (e.g., Comtek, Zaxcom, Sennheiser, or other) to each device.
In‑use status: You can mark whether a device is available or in use.
Transmission frequency or channel number: Optional text field for recording the frequency/Channel associated with each group of devices.
We do not collect or store any personal information such as names, email addresses, contact lists, location data, payment information, or any other personal identifiers. No account is required to use the app.
2. How We Use Information
The information you enter is used solely to display and manage your inventory within the app. We do not:
Track or profile you across other apps or services .
Share information with advertising networks, analytics providers, or other third‑party services.
Send any data off of your device; everything is stored locally.
Because data stays on your device and is not transmitted elsewhere, it is not considered “tracking” under Apple’s guidelines .
3. Data Storage and Retention
All data is stored in Apple’s UserDefaults system on your device. It remains there until you reset the inventory through the app’s reset function or uninstall the app. Deleting the app will remove all stored data. We do not make copies of your data, and we cannot recover it once deleted.
4. Security
We rely on Apple’s operating system‑level protections to secure data stored on your device. We do not implement additional encryption within the app. Please ensure your device is protected with a passcode or biometric lock.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our app does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will provide notice via an in‑app message or update notes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new policy.
